• Ideal for use with Cambro food bars, buffet tables or for perishable condiments. • Perfect for cold salad ingredients, butter pats or creamers. • Keeps contents chilled at or below HACCP guidelines of 41°F (4°C) without ice. • Freeze for eight hours or overnight before filling with pre-chilled product. • Half and third-size pans hold contents cold for up to eight hours. • Sixth-size pan holds contents cold for up to six hours. • Made of high impact ABS material and filled with non-toxic gel.
