Clearly Cold™ is specially formulated to remove coffee oil residue from cold brew prepara on and serving equipment. Its liquid concentrate formula on eliminates the need for dissolving powders, ensuring 100% solubility for maximum cleaning efficiency. The built-in measuring device allows for precise dosing, reducing waste and minimizing operator error, making it a me-saving cleaning solu on for cold brew equipment maintenance.

CCO To meet the unique safety and hygiene requirements of cold brew equipment, we recommend a two-step cleaning and sani za on process using Clearly Cold™ and Complete Café™. Regular cleaning with Clearly Cold™, followed by a separate sani za on step with Complete Café™, ensures every batch of cold-brewed coffee is both safe and delicious. SAFETY AND HYGIENE REQUIREMENTS

INSTRUCTIONS FOR KEG SYSTEMS

Add 30 ml of Clearly Cold per 4 gallons of water.

Mix solu on in vessel to be cleaned.

Soak for up to 15 minutes.

Flush the solu on through the line. Flush the line twice with clean water.
