Specifically formulated for effec ve use in the back flush cleaning process, Cafiza® is designed to combine maximum solubility and cleaning power with easy rinsability. Part No. Case Pack CAFIZA POWDER • Insert blind filter in portafilter and add 3g Cafiza powder. Insert portafilter into group head. • Ac vate brew cycle for 10 seconds. Stop 10 seconds. Repeat 5 mes. • Remove portafilter. Ac vate brew cycle and rinse portafilter in stream of water from group head. Stop cycle. • Insert portafilter into group head. Repeat step 2 without the Cafiza powder 5 mes. • Make and discard a cup of espresso to ensure no residue remains. INSTRUCTIONS FOR BACKFLUSH (EACH GROUP HEAD)

• Use one (1) teaspoon (6 g) of Cafiza powder in a large container or tray containing 1 liter of hot water (select a vessel large enough to submerge the dirty metal parts – not plas c handle.) • Allow parts to soak in solu on for up to 30 minutes. • Empty vessel and rinse all parts with clean water. Ac vate brew cycle for 10 seconds. Stop 10 seconds. Repeat 5 mes. • Make and discard a cup of espresso to ensure no residue remains.
