A mul -purpose cleaning spray that is ideal for cleaning grinder hoppers, counter, tabletops, trays or condiment counters. Sprayz is made from an eco-friendly, food-safe concentrate, which breaks down coffee oil residue, wipes away dirt and removes stains.

An ice machine cleaner that is for use on all commercial ice systems as a cycle-and-soak product. Freez is a nickel-safe formula with a citric acid base. Its green safety die ensures proper rinsing.

12 x 14 fl oz. • Create solu on of 3 oz of Freez with 1 gallon of water. • Pump through the water distribu on system for 10 minutes or as per machine manufacturer’s recommenda on. • Purge and rinse machine with potable water. • Sani ze according to local guidelines. INSTRUCTIONS FOR WEEKLY USE FROZEN BEVERAGE EQUIPMENT

• Follow machine operator manual for flushing lines and cleaning prior to sani zing. • Create solu on (see bleow for dosage). • Fill designated cleaning vessel with solu on. • Return vessel to machine. • Allow solu on to remain in equipment for at least 60 seconds. • Drain thoroughly and allow machine to air dry before reuse. INSTRUCTIONS FOR WEEKLY USE BEVERAGE DISPENSING EQUIPMENT

• IMPORTANT: First fill vessel with water, then add Complete CaféTM • Mix Complete CaféTM solu on in vessel which has been cleaned with Clearly ColdTM cleaner. • Allow solu on to remain in vessel for at least 1 minute. • Drain thoroughly through dispense valve. • Allow vessel to air dry before reuse. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SANITIZING

• Empty Machine. • To rinse machine - fill 3 gallon reservoirs with warm water; run for 60 seconds and empty rinse water through dispense valve. • Measure and add 3/4 oz of Complete Cafe™ to each reservoir with 3 gallons of warm water. Run solu on through machine for 15 minutes. • Drain sani zer solu on through dispense valve. • Repeat step 2 to rinse before returning machine to service.
