To address the unique safety and hygiene requirements of cold brew equipment and achieve the highest degree of cleaning and sanitization efficacy, we recommend a two step process including Clearly Cold™ and Complete Café™ . Regular cleaning with Clearly Cold™ followed by separate sanitization step with Complete Café™ ensures every batch of cold brewed coffee is delicious and safe. Clearly Cold ™ is specially formulated for the removal of coffee oil residue from cold brewed coffee preparation and serving equipment. Liquid formulation saves time by eliminating the step of dissolving powder into solution and ensure 100% solubility for maximum cleaning potential. Built-in measuring device for controlled dosing helps reduce waste and operator error. Liquid concentrate formulation: 1 bottle makes 128 gallons of sanitizing solution - use 1/4 fl oz Clearly Cold ™ for every 1 gallon of water.
