If using white tubing, Butch Winkler recommends Polypropylene! Other Tubing Available Upon Request!

Note: We do not sell natural, milky or translucent tubing. These colors allow formation of algae on the inside of the tubing making the tubing look filthy. Polyethylene tubing is smooth, flexible, odorless and tasteless: ideal for cold water lines. Resists corrosion, oxidizing, dirt and acids.

Polypropylene

Tubing

• More resistant to chlorine and ammonia • May be used at higher temperatures and working pressures than polyethylene tubing • Excellent resistance to hot water, corrosive acids and stress cracking • Water absorption is less than .01% • Will last much longer than nylon tubing

Suggested operating temperatures, depending on conditions, are 0ºF (-18ºC) to +200ºF (+93ºC)

Meets FDA and NSF-51 requirements for food contact and potable water

Polyethylene

Tubing

Series E: Instrument Grade- FDA, NSF Listed

• Natural and colored tubing listed below meet FDA, NSF-51 and NSF- 61 requirements for food contact applications. • Economical • Resistant to environmental stress cracking. It greatly exceeds that of ordinary polyethylene tubing measured by ASTM D-1693 (10% IGEPAL).

• Extruded from high molecular weight resin for increased dimensional stability, uniformity and long-term strength. • All tubing conforms to ASTM D-1248, Type I, Class A, Category 4, Grade E5. • The recommended operating temperature range for service at rated pressures with compatible fluids is -80ºF (-62ºC) to +150ºF (+65ºC).
